At Lyft Harder, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Underwear and boxer briefs
  • Bikini bottoms and intimate apparel
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Shipping Issues

Lyft Harder is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet all return conditions listed above.
